New single release ~
It feels like just yesterday I started writing lyrics—25 years have flown by in the blink of an eye. Now, I’m finally getting ready to share my first single! Hopefully, within a few days, it will be live on all platforms. A huge thank you to Samiul Wahid for the music arrangement, Zahin Rashid for the guitar, Munim Ahsan for creating the demo track, and Mubtasim Alvee for the album artwork. Endless gratitude to Hasna Parveen Ruma and my precious daughters, Maheera & Madeeha, for their unwavering support through this journey.

Songs from Yesterday ~
Hira's song writing stems from the wonder of what could be and the desire to see those wonders come true, questions and discussions of what it means to live is what his music ever really is, and what it ever will be. Hira uses many tools to make music, from the guitar in his hands, the grey marks on his fingertips, the padels in his closet but the tools he uses most or cares about the most is his experiences as a human being and wicked dreams of a kinder world thought up from a kid in a bedroom to small to hold his dreams.
“নির্ঘুম রাত” (Nirghum Raat) was written in 2006 and finally came to life after 17 years through a reunion with Samiul Wahid (7th Fret), who produced the track. Featuring expressive guitar by Zahin Rashid, the song captures sleepless nights, quiet longing, and a restless heart searching for peace beyond the mechanical world.
